We were thrilled to attend The Inclusion Advantage at Blenheim Palace, an inspiring space dedicated to celebrating inclusive employment and the impact of health and accessibility in the workplace.

A Day of Learning, Sharing, and Connection

The event was packed with insightful sessions, practical advice, and engaging conversations. From exploring Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality in recruitment with Appally & Motus VR to discussing the business case for disability inclusion with Oxfordshire County Council, there was so much to learn about how inclusive practices can unlock hidden talent and boost organisational performance.

We particularly appreciated the Real Talk: Disability in the Workplace sessions, which offered honest perspectives and experiences that are often overlooked. It reminded us how small, thoughtful changes – like reasonable adjustments highlighted by Microlink- can make a massive difference to employees’ lives and workplace productivity.

Celebrating Inclusion in Action

Hearing directly from employers through the Disability Confident panels reinforced the value of creating inclusive workplaces. These discussions showed how supporting people with health conditions or disabilities benefits not only individuals but also the wider organisation and community.

We were also impressed by the attention to accessibility at Blenheim Palace. From ground-floor event spaces to Blue Badge parking and shuttle services, every detail ensured that all attendees could participate fully and comfortably.
